Chris W. Johnston
Chris W. Johnston has extensive experience in tax services, auditing, financial consulting, cost analysis, business services, trust and estate planning and tax preparation, and business evaluations. Among his industry experience are manufacturing and construction accounting, retail and food service, contracting, real estate, wholesale distributors, and professional services.
He graduated from San Diego State University in 1990 in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting and Finance and earned his MBA from California State University Long Beach in 2002. He began his career at Deloitte and Touche, CPA’s and in the private sector prior to beginning his CPA practice. To broaden his financial and business management background beyond public accounting, Chris obtained certifications in Management Accounting and Financial Management and later received his Masters of Business Administration.
With over 7 years experience and recently having passed her Enrolled Agent Exam, Diana Orlando brings a wealth of experience to the firm. Coupled with her communication skills, she takes the extra time and a hands on approach to ensure all clients needs are met.
Diana is also involved with Soroptimist International and has completed an impressive 10 walks for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. She is also involved with the City of Dana Point City Council and a member of the Traffic Improvement Subcommittee.
